Sidley Austin has added two new partners to its energy practice in Houston.
David Asmus and Brian Bradshaw arrive from Morgan Lewis & Bockius.
Asmus will become a co-leader of the energy practice, and focuses on M&A, project development and finance transcations related to an array of energy sources.
Bradshaw specialises in M&A, divestitures, project development and finance deals, and consistently works on cross-border transactions that feature Latin America.
