PRESS RELEASE, Geneva, 3 July, 2017

Walder Wyss is very pleased to announce that it further strengthens its dispute resolution practice group with a team of experienced litigators in Geneva, led by partner Rodolphe Gautier and including Albane de Ziegler, Olivia Sistovaris and Lara Alec.

Rodolphe has more than 15 years of experience working in litigation and arbitration. Who's Who Legal consistently ranks him among the few leading Swiss practitioners in asset recovery. He is also recommended by Legal 500 for his general litigation practice.

Rodolphe’s practice focuses on commercial disputes in Switzerland and international arbitration involving Swiss-connected parties, assets, substantive law or seats of arbitration. He frequently acts for multinationals, domestic companies and individuals before civil and criminal courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice also includes applications for pre-emptive relief to locate and freeze assets and preserve evidence.

Additionally, Rodolphe handles white collar crime proceedings, often assisting corporations and executives in criminal prosecutions and international mutual assistance. He provides strategic and tactical advice in pre-litigation phases. He also acts as external counsel to multinationals and financial services providers in international investigations and compliance audits. He assists clients in their preliminary compliance investigations of potential money laundering activities and the reporting of suspicious transactions to the Money Laundering Reporting Office (MROS).

Rodolphe speaks French and English.
