Kirkland & Ellis has added two new funds group partners in Boston.
Sean Hill and Stephanie Berdik both come to Kirkland from Proskauer Rose.
Hill focuses on the formation of private investment funds and the structuring of secondary transactions.
Berdik also specialises in the formation of private investment funds, in addition to fund regulatory matters.
