Goodwin Procter has added a new partner to its real estate industry group in Boston.
Marc Lazar joins from Ropes & Gray, where he served as co-head of the real estate investment and transactions group.
Lazar represents hedge funds, institutional investors, lenders and private equity funds in relation to joint ventures and financing deals.
