Bowman Gilfillan has hired project finance partner Andrew van Niekerk, an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer, in Johannesburg.
Van Niekerk joins from Webber Wentzel.
He specialises in EPC/PPP/IPP related work in the transport, infrastructure, energy and mining and resources sectors.
His work highlights include advising on the Batoka Gorge 2400MW hydroelectric power plant (Deal Data record) and the Xina Solar One 100MW concentrated solar power plant (Deal Data record)
