Fieldfisher has added a new structured finance and securitisation partner to its London office.
Stephen Moller joins the firm from K&L Gates. He specialises in structured finance, securitisation, debt capital markets and derivatives matters. He also acts on acquisition finance and restructurings.
Before joining K&L Gates, Moller had been at Simmons & Simmons.
The move follows the addition in April of Douglas Molson from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the hire of Richard Todd from Mayer Brown.
