Kirkland & Ellis has added partner Marian Fowler to its funds practice in Washington DC.
Fowler joins Kirkland following a stint as senior special counsel to the director of the Division of Investment Management at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
She focuses on regulatory matters in the funds space.
Before her time at the SEC, Fowler was an associate with Ropes & Gray.
