Partners Juan-Pablo Crespo and Adrian Talamantes join Morgan Lewis' corporate practice from King & Spalding.
Both partners specialise in Latin American deals.
Crespo focuses on M&A, joint venture and project development transactions.
Talamantes also focuses on M&A, joint venture and project development transactions, particularly those related to the oil and gas and energy industries.
