Gide Loyrette Nouel has added a new project development counsel in Paris.
Delphine Jacquemont joins the project finance and infrastructure team from energy group EDF where she most recently acted as general counsel in charge of gas and deputy general counsel international.
Jacquemont specialises in the energy sector with particular expertise in gas-related contracts and projects, power plant development, joint ventures and M&A transactions.
She has worked on a number of energy projects such as a regasification terminal in France, a cross-border gas pipeline in Europe and on the acquisition of hydrocarbon production licences in western and eastern Europe.
