Linklaters has hired a new restructuring partner in London from Ropes & Gray.
James Douglas acts for the likes of KKR, Hutchinson Investors, Barchester Healthcare and BARTEC.
His hire is the second restructuring hire Linklaters has made in London in 2017 following the addition of Sarah Mook from Goldman Sachs.
