Global firm DLA Piper is entering the Nigerian market through an alliance with a local firm Olajide Oyewole.
DLA Piper has a strong position in Africa with its own offices in South Africa and Morocco and alliances in 14 other jurisdictions. The Africa team comprises over 200 lawyers based around the world.
It is the second expansion for DLA Piper this year after joining forces with ABBC in Portugal in March.
