K&L Gates has hired two new banking lawyers in Paris.
Partner Mounir Letayf and counsel Adeline Roboam join the firm from Paul Hastings.
Mounir Letayf leads the banking and finance practice, he has extensive experience in acquisition finance and covers a broad spectrum of products. Roboam has strong experience in all areas of bank financing.
This addition will help further develop the banking and asset finance practice at K&L Gates.
