Freshfields Bruckhaus & Deringer has acquired three new bankruptcy partners in New York.
Mark Liscio, Madlyn Primoff and Scott Talmadge all join Freshfields from Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer (APKS).
Liscio was previosuly the banking and restructuring group co-chair at APKS.
