Squire Patton Boggs has strengthened its corporate team in Manchester with the hire of a new partner from Irwin Mitchell.
Andrea Cropley is a corporate finance lawyer who acts on M&A, IPOs, joint ventures and restructurings. She also has experience advising on projects work including PPPs and PFIs.
Previous clients include Fusion IP, Newburgh Engineering, Aptamer Solutions, Catexel and Lafarge Aggregates.
At Irwin Mitchell she worked in both the Manchester and Sheffield offices and also spent time on secondment at Diageo.
