Dechert has hired two new corporate practice members in New York.
Partners Jeff Norton and Gareth Clark come to Dechert from Linklaters and Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison, respectively.
The former head of Linklaters' banking group, Norton focuses on domestic and cross-border financing transactions and restructurings.
Clark specialises in representing middle market buyout funds on M&A, LBOs, divestitures and joint ventures.
