Baker Botts has added corporate partner Samuel Dibble in San Francisco.
Dibble comes to his new firm after serving as chair of the business transactions group at Farella Braun + Martel.
Specialising in M&A, LBOs and corporate finance, Dibble frequently represents public and private companies, as well as investment funds.
He often works on deals with clients in the technology and life sciences sectors.
