Dykema has welcomed a new corporate finance partner in Chicago.
Michael Weis comes to Dykema from Williams Bax & Saltzman, where he was chair of the business and transactional practice.
He represents mid-size companies in a number of industries, including real estate, health care, food and beverage, manufacturing and technology.
