Cassels Brock & Blackwell has added a new partner to its financial services practice in Toronto.
Mark Rasile arrives at Cassels Brock after more than nine years at Bennett Jones.
Rasile specialises in financing, refinancing and restructuring deals.
His previous transaction experience includes working with Stantec on a $1.25 billion financing and work for the lenders on a $4 billion revolving credit facility for Barrick Gold.
