Latham & Watkins has hired a new new M&A and private equity partner in Milan.
Cataldo Piccarreta joins the firm from Gattai Minoli Agostinelli. He focuses on prvivate equity acquisitions and real estate matters.
He joined Gattai in 2012 from Dewey & LeBouef and prior to that had been an associate at Simmons & Simmons untill 2003.
While at Gattai he was also responsible for establishing the firm's London office in 2016.
