Alvaro Membrillera (an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer) focuses on M&A and high yield debt issues, regularly advising private equity firms including KKR and Blackstone. he had been with STB since 2001.
Work highlights include advising KKR on the €1.275 billion acquisition of 40% of Telxius Telecom (Deal Data Record) and seperately on the acquisition of Gestamp Asetym Solar (Deal Data Record).
He has also advised KKR on the acquisitions of SBB/Telemach Group, Groupe SMCP, A2A Coriance, WMF, Sorgenia France, Northgate Information Solutions and Pets at Home; advised Blackstone and N+1 Private Equity in their acquisition of Mivisa Envases; and advised Gestamp in a €768 million senior secured notes offering and €850 million syndicated term loan and revolving credit facility.
