Subotić & Jevtić is a new Serbian firm led by Milica Subotić and Julijana Jevtić.
Subotić focuses on M&A, capital markets, project development and competition work and had been with JPM Janković Popović Mitić since 2005. She had also led the competition department at the firm, a position now taken by Nikola Poznanović.
Jevtić focuses on M&A, privatisation and restructuring and insolvency matters.
They are joined by two counsels - litigator Žarko Borovčanin and real estate lawyer Tamara Ostojić.
