Jones Day has added partner Emily Leitch to its capital markets practice in Houston.
Leitch joins her new firm from Bracewell, where she spent more than 10 years.
She specialises in IPOs, in addition to private investment in public equity transactions (PIPEs) and other types of public and private equity offerings.
She has also represented buyers and sellers in relation to M&A transactions.
Previous capital markets clients include Energy & Exploration Partners, Magnum Hunter Resources and Chesapeake Energy.
