Olser Hoskin & Harcourt has hired partner Sébastien Savage in Montreal.
A former partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg, Savage joins Osler's real estate practice after over a year at Carbonleo Real Estate.
Savage specialises in a range of real estate deals and M&A, infrastructure and private equity investment transactions.
Previous deals he's worked on include the $140 million acquisition of a Vancouver hotel by a real estate investment trust (REIT) and Carbonleo's development and financing for the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Montreal.
