She is a specialist in the mining and energy sectors.
Previous transactions Whyte has worked on include Tervita's $3.5 billion recapitalisation deal, URS' $1.2 billion acquisition of Flint Energy Services and NOVA Chemicals' $500 million 5.25% notes issue.
