Hogan Lovells has added a four-partner M&A team in its San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
Richard Climan, IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer Keith Flaum, IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer Jane Ross and John Brockland arrive from Weil Gotshal & Manges.
The team is known for working on high-profile technology and life sciences deals.
Previous transactions they've worked on include Facebook's $16 billion acquisition of WhatsApp and Applied Materials' $29 billion merger with Tokyo Electron.
