Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson has added partner Meredith Mackey to its capital markets practice in New York.
Mackey was previously of counsel in Davis Polk & Wardwell's corporate department.
She represents issuers and underwriters on high yield debt offerings, IPOs and other types of public and private securities offerings.
Mackey has worked with clients in a number of different industries, among them industrials, healthcare, retail and natural resources.
