Kirkland & Ellis has added corporate partner Shubi Arora in Houston.
Arora arrives from a partnership at the Houston office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
He specialises in M&A transactions in the energy sector.
Arora is also versed in Middle Eastern dealmaking, having spent time as in-house counsel in the United Arab Emirates.
