Michael Best & Friedrich has acquired partner Craig Stoehr in Milwaukee.
Stoehr joins Michael Best's corporate and transactional practice from the Thomas Cook Group, where he served as general in-house counsel and head of the M&A group.
His previous experience includes advising on a $7.5 billion notes program by the Qatar National Bank, advising Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company on a $2.23 billion project bond offering and advising the state of Qatar on a $7 billion sovereign bond offering.
