Reed Smith has added funds partner Parik Dasgupta to its global corporate group in New York.
Dasgupta comes to his new firm from King & Wood Mallesons (KWM), who lost 50 partners to Reed Smith in Europe this past January.
He focuses on issues related to private equity and venture capital fund formation.
Before KWM, Dasgupta had been with Baker McKenzie's Singapore office.
