Baker Botts has added regulatory partner Andrea Stover in Austin.
Stover joins from Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody.
She specialises in advising utilites, energy companies and similar entities in front of regulatory bodies.
Stover has represented clients in front of such regulatory agencies as the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) and the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission.
