The team includes partners Robert Leung, Mike Huang, Stefan dePozsgay, Jason Hill and Russell Franklin.
Leung specialises in cross-border Latin American M&A deals, and advises clients in the energy, natural resources, retail and infrastructure sectors.
Huang works with financial institutions and private investment funds on M&A, joint venture and financing deals.
dePozsgay represents clients on M&A, joint venture and divestiture transactions in the US and Latin America.
Hill focuses on M&A and development deals in the natural resources and energy sectors.
Franklin specialises on private equity portfolio company sales and acquisitions.
