Cassels Brock & Blackwell has added two new restructuring partners in Vancouver.
Mary Buttery and Lance Williams arrive at Cassels Brock from DLA Piper.
Buttery advises clients from a number of industries, including retail, mining, real estate, natural resources and forestry including Walter Canada Energy Holdings, Stanfield Mining and the Government of the Northwest Territories.
Williams works with clients in the real estate, retail, forestry, mining, agriculture and oil and gas sectors. His previous clients have included Douglas Channel, Walter Canada Energy Holdings and a national coffee retailer.
