McDemott Will & Emery (MWE) has hired a new private equity partner in Chicago.
Gregory Metz, an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer, joins MWE's corporate practice from Ropes & Gray.
Metz's previous clients include Pfingsten Partners, the Audax Group and KRG Capital Partners.
His arrival continues the frenetic pace of private partner moves in the US over the last few weeks, including hires at Cooley and Weil Gotshal & Manges.
