Adam Tope joins his new firm's fund formation practice group from Greenberg Traurig.
Tope advises sponsors of private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds on direct investments, fund investments and co-investments.
His previous experience includes working on a $1.2 billion multifamily fund and on the restructuring of a $2 billion portfolio of private equity investments.
