The Finnish office of Borenius has hired a new counsel for its capital markets team.
Ari Syrjäläinen joins the firm from OP Corporate Bank, where he had been for the past nine years and most recently acted as a director with a focus on capital markets.
Syrjäläinen has a broad range of experience within the capital markets space, especially for equity work such as IPOs, rights offerings and tender offers, and has worked on a number of derivatives agreements, bond issues and regulatory matters.
