Holland & Knight has hired a new senior counsel in its Miami office.
Vicky Fulop joins Holland's South Florida corporate and Latin America practice from DLA Piper.
Fulop specialises in Latin American M&A, private equity, start-up and venture capital deals.
Recent work includes advising a Venezuelan logistics company on the relocation of its headquarters to the US; work for a Brazilian investor in connection with a real estate purchase in Florida; and work for a Venezuelan oil and gas service company on the lease and operation of a barge to conduct a geotechnical study for a port expansion in Nicaragua.
