Quarles & Brady has added a new partner to its Chicago restructuring practice.
Jennifer Sucher joins the bankruptcy, restructuring and creditor's rights practice group following 15 years as executive counsel at General Electric (GE).
Sucher specialises in secured lending and leasing transactions, restructuring and bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
She has particular expertise in healthcare finance, asset fnance, franchise finance and commercial real estate.
