ENSafrica has added a new banking and finance partner to its practice in Uganda.
Rachel Musoke (an IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer) joins the firm in Kampala from MMAKS Advocates.
Musoke focuses on banking and finance and will lead the firm's finance team in the country. She also deals in real estate, construction, tax and employment law.
Her recent work includes advising Standard Bank of South Africa and Stanbic Bank Ghana as lenders on the $114 million multi-currency financing provided to Uganda's largest telecommunications company MTN Uganda (see DEAL DATA record)
The move comes after another partner Phillip Karugaba also made the move from MMAKS to ENSafrica in December 2016.
