Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has added two new energy partners to its office in Houston.
The firm's new Houston office opened last month.
Michael Darden comes to Gibson Dunn from Latham & Watkins and Justin Stolte arrives from the business development group at Apache Corporation.
Darden specialises in oil and gas projects, financings, energy infrastructure deals and asset acquisitions and divestitures.
Stolte focuses on acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures in relation to oil and gas assets.
