Dentons has announced the opening of its 26th European office when it merges with Dutch firm Boekel, which is scheduled to go live in April 2017.
With the addition of the Amsterdam office, Dentons will have 150 offices in 60 countries, maintaining its position as the largest law firm in the world by lawyer head count.
Boekel hope the merger will allow it to expand its M&A and banking and finance practices, as well as giving it access to one of the most extensive legal networks around.
