Sidley Austin has gained a new regulatory partner in Washington DC.
Stephen Cohen joins Sidley from a position as associate director of the enforcement division at the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
A 12 year veteran at the SEC and winner of the SEC's Distinguished Service Award in 2016, Cohen advises clients on a range of regulatory and compliance matters alongside the rest of Sidley's securities and derivatives enforcement and regulatory team.
