Dentons has hired a second new corporate partner in a week in Toronto.
Rebecca Kacaba, who focuses on M&A and corporate finance, joins from Aird & Berlis and will serve in both Dentons' corporate, securities and venture technology group and emerging growth companies group
Kacaba's arrival follows another corporate practice addition at the firm in less than a week.
