Baker Botts has hired a new partner for its global projects practice in Washington, DC.
Mark Spivak comes to Baker Botts after serving as a co-chair of the project development and finance practice at Vinson & Elkins.
Spivak focuses on project finance and project development deals involving public-private partnerships (PPP), as well as on investments and acquisitions in domestic and international projects.
His deal experience includes power generation, renewable energy, oil and gas, and transportation sector work.
