McGuireWoods has added to its derivatives practice in London.
Jennifer Kafcas joins the firm from O'Melveny & Myers. She advises on bond issues, leveraged finance, M&A and derivative matters.
While at O'Melveny Kafcas acted for NewLead Holdings on its Rule 144A debt issue, advised AEA Investors and Eurotunnel on financings and acted for Goldman Sachs as a hedge counterparty in a range of leveraged finance and bond transactions.
Kafcas only joined O'Melveny in April 2015 having previously been a senior associate at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson.
