Barnes specialises on advising companies in relation to raising capital on public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
Delany has counseled a variety of clients on energy finance, real esate finance, and M&A transactions.
Among the variety of clients he's advised have been hedge funds, REITs, developers, borrowers, and financial institutions.
