Wolf Theiss has hired a new head for its banking and finance practice in Poland.
Stefan Feliniak joins the firm from an in-house position at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK).
He acts on debt financing, debt capital markets issues, treasury operations and financial restructurings.
