Orrick Rambaud Martel, the French team of global firm Orrick, has bolstered its M&A and private equity department with the appointment of a new partner.
Guillaume Kessler joins from the Paris office of Olswang, where he held the position of managing partner and head of corporate until the transition. Hespecialises in French and cross border M&A and private equity work.
Kessler is experienced with both public and private M&A, takeovers, restructurings, and international joint-ventures.
