International firm Simmons & Simmons has strengthened its Belgian corporate practice with the addition of a new counsel.
Peter Parez joins the team from Bird & Bird, where he had been for the past eight years. He had previously worked for other international firms in the Brussels market and brings with him experience in corporate work in addition to both financial and commercial matters.
