Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) has added Japanese law experience to its New York office.
Corporate partner Yasuhide Watanabe joins from Japanese firm Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu's New York office.
Watanabe has more than 30 years of experience with Japanese and US clients on M&A, international joint ventures, and the trade regulation aspects of transactions.
His arrival closely follows a previous addition by MoFo to its restructuring practice in New York.
