Blank Rome has added a new partner to its New York office.
Robert Wessely joins from Withers Bergman and will serve in the corporate/M&A and securities groups, as well as in the cross-border practice.
Wessely specialises both in assisting foreign companies' expansion in the United States and US companies' expansions abroad.
He is particularly experienced in M&A, joint venture, private equity, venture capital, financing and restructuring transactions.
